Design area is located in the most actively-used center for daily needs by population. The variation of nearby functions defines the building potential users of all ages. The pedestrian flow between those functions at any time of a day poduces a mechanism of usage. Consequently, users experience and interact both using the functions of the building actively and availing themselves of the area as a passage.

One of he most important feature of the area is being located at the intersection of arteries. Creating a public space and passageway for building to be adopted by inhabitants and to deprivarize, the main goals of the project were hosting the pedestrians moving around social and residential zones, having them as a part of the design and improving the sense of belonging.
