L. house is a VIP property, located in the desert as a farmhouse away from the city’s congestion. The idea was to lift the house off the ground and maintain the desert’s plants and sand instead of removing them and constructing them above the ground. The house consists of a master bedroom with a private outdoor jacuzzi, a majlis with dining, surrounded by an all-around podium. Due to the project’s sensitivity, a bespoke roller shutter system is designed to maintain privacy in addition to a custom HVAC system designed to reduce ventilation and air conditioning noise as possible.
