This project is a large development located on the west side of the city, near the airport and with a beautiful sea view. The aim is to create a relaxing atmosphere that blends with nature, inspired by the old city of and local greenery. Smooth lines are used to zone and terrace the land, with white plaster being the primary material for the villas. The project features a central grand park, smaller green areas for each zone, and green roofs to create an eco-friendly environment. The purpose is to provide visitors with a comfortable and private outdoor space where they can enjoy the nice weather and sea view.

Our architectural design places five villa types in terraced formations that blend seamlessly with the landscape, creating spacious and modern atmospheres. Expansive windows and open spaces allow for more natural light, brightening the living areas. The interiors are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, catering to a modern lifestyle. Our interior design combines a bright and modern approach, utilizing natural light in the designated summer living areas. The spacious and luminous interiors offer a comfortable way of life while respecting the environment. With an open plan concept, the living areas provide a sense of spaciousness, enriched with modern details and abundant natural light.
